Despite Bankruptcy Case, Management Preparing For The 2011 Racing Season At The Waterford Speedbowl

Despite multiple recently published internet stories forecasting an imminent foreclosure action against the ownership group of the Waterford Speedbowl, the management team at the track continues to move forward with its bankruptcy case in the courts and in their preparations for racing at the facility in 2011.

In recent weeks, Phil Smith, an individual who has stories published on multiple local racing websites, has led a campaign insisting that the Speedbowl's bankruptcy case would be dismissed by the courts and that a foreclosure auction would soon follow, though there's little evidence that any sort of dismissal is near.
