New Hampshire Motor Speedway officials pulled the sheets back Wednesday to reveal some bold new steps track officials are taking in the wake of the controversy surrounding Richard Childress Racing driver Clint Bower following his victory in the Sylvania 300 on Sept. 19 in Loudon.
