Ryan Posocco Avoids Mayhem And Edges Race Winner Woody Pitkat For Fifth Late Model Championship At Stafford

STAFFORD - Lap after lap the possible disasters stacked up in front of Ryan Posocco. 

In a champion's fashion he somehow found a way to dodge them all.

Posocco, of Stafford, tiptoed through a minefield of a 30-lap Late Model feature Sunday and finished third, edging race-winner Woody Pitkat by two points in the standings to clinch his fifth Stafford Speedway Late Model championship.

"That was crazy," said Posocco, who came into the event holding a six-point leader over Pitkat.
